to nimo de yo fururu bakari ni haru no tsuki

come outside too
just to see
this spring moon

come out everyone
almost close enough to touch
the spring moon

todomare ba atari ni fuyuru tonbo kana

now I’ve stopped
the air is filling
with dragonflies

I close the screen doors —
fallen leaves quietly end
this very day

withered lotus leaves
some broken, some not,
float on the spring water

~

The season of changing clothes
For summer; I see a bridge
not so far away
